Dark Council
ACE’s Advanced Arsenal Absent

The crisis on Coruscant has been averted thanks to the hard work of the Brotherhood’s membership. The Quantum Shadows, once a threat, have now joined the Brotherhood’s ranks, finding a home within the Shroud Syndicate. But while the panic of drawing attention from the New Republic fades, another conflict rises.

Stolen goods from the Brotherhood’s shipments to the Severian Principate have gone missing. With our alliance on the line and innocent lives being lost to raiding attacks in the Principate’s systems, it is urgent that the Brotherhood fix this issue. With possible leads heading to the Tenixir Revenants, The Collective, and within the Principate itself, it is a frantic rush to resolve this issue.

In other news, the annual Tem Gala is right around the corner, looking to raise money for those who have suffered in the raids against the Principate…

Arcona
The Art of Discernment

The silent, steady drums of governance march on in the absence of war, where conflict forms in the shape of words and trials of commitment.Despite Maw-induced malfunctions during the trip to Bothawui, Chief Diplomat Myenn of C.A.D.R.E.S. successfully concluded his first meetings with the Combined Bothan Clans, much due to the assistance of Ambassador General Elanav, a Bothan herself. The Bothans remain neutral but open, and will no doubt test Arcona's claims and resources in the future, especially their intel.

Former DIA agent, now diplomat Dorallium Kreen managed to keep a hostile first meeting with the spice cartel, the Kon D’irin, from turning hostile. The stalemate broke via a risky gamble: an offering to the cartel of Ares Blaeceth, a smuggling rival. Kreen’s team extracted with nothing but the cartel's leader's name, Riln, who had recently found a strong ally. Who is left to speculate.

C.A.D.R.E.S.’ Secretary of Foreign Aid, Dardal Krunn reports that the growing tensions and distrust of the Severian Principate has started reflecting on Arcona’s relations with the neighboring faction, a hydrospanner in their working relations. Meanwhile within the Dajorra System, Galeres continues protecting researchers on Arconae Primus and building up the Pathfinder Brigade, while the Voidbreaker experienced some skill training in the guise of shore leave and House Qel Droma maintains her hold on Port Ol’val. Dajorran Confederacy leaders are becoming more comfortable as the governing body seasons in its existence, whispers of ambition and overzealousness. Be it Assembly Speaker Citali vying for attendance in C.A.D.R.E.S. affairs, the Board of Directors casting doubt on budget, or the Sardenian Trustee representatives' sudden mutual push for greater resources. All begs for Arcona’s diligence and attention.

Odan-Urr
What's Your Price?

“Trust is a gift that costs nothing and means everything, but if it's true that everyone has a price, and the stakes get high enough, can you ever really trust someone?”

Tensions rise in the Kiast System as the Vatali Empire and Burmessian Republic are drawn into conflict. The assassination of the Burmessian Prime Minister sparked a series of accusations, investigations, and cast doubts across the governments of both. While the Burmessian Republic investigates rumors of the former Prime Minister’s alleged double dealings and involvement in clandestine operations without governmental support, the Vatali Empire faces scrutiny from its Odanite cohort, amid mounting pressures from factional powers calling for reform from within. The Empress remains resolute in her position; all power belongs to the crown and council, and any decisions so authorized are beyond reproach.

The people, tired of war and royal intrigue affecting their everyday lives, have become discontented, and small rebellions have grown among the fringes of Kiast Alpha. A Populist party led by the former Governor of (the Republic of) Kaal, Tisto Kingang, has gained prominence across Daleem. Likewise, a Meritocratic Junta has formed within the O.U.S.C., seeking to impose order within the entirety of Kiast, spearheaded by the Empress's son, Lieutenant Commander Vosen Anasaye. The Royal Spymaster, Zakfein, however, stands amid another pillar of malcontents within the fractured empire, a party of Monarchists against the progressive changes under Kaltani since the arrival of the Odanites, fueled further by the Empire’s Heir Apparent being a ward of the Acolytes of Urr.

Plagueis
Wrath's Reign

The results of the schism within the Ascendant Clan grow more dire as Wrath Tu’Quan Varick attempts to maintain order. The division between those who supported the Dread Lord and those following the Proconsul is becoming an ever-widening gap that threatens their cohesion and dominance in the Aliso system. Members from both factions are using the absence of their Consul to advance their own agendas, whether part of the prior discordance or not, causing infighting and strife to persist and spread. The growing unrest and uncertainty within Clan Plagueis continues to rock the foundations of their power and influence within their domain as well as the Brotherhood as a whole.

In addition to his attempts to unify the clan, the Wrath’s reign is further beset by increased isolation from the rest of the Confederacy of the Outer Reaches. Plagueis’ inward focus on the echoes of their internal conflict have caused the trade and security provisions that the interplanetary organization was founded upon to grow lax and weak. Member worlds are steadily reducing their involvement with and support for the Aliso system as new, seemingly more viable options appear and continue to erode their confidence in the Plagueian alliance structure.

Meanwhile, deep in the frigid oceans below the icy surface of the Ventressian moon of Cilix, what at first seems to be a small forest of kelp moves. It steadily crawls along the ocean floor, scrounging for food while unaware that it’s been noticed by an even larger creature that is easing ever closer. With a sudden flash of pale-blue scales, the giant, serpentine predator attacks, killing the kelp creature with massive, powerful jaws. Taking no more than a few bites to devour such prey, it swims off into the inky depths to find another meal.

Scholae Palatinae
Shadow War

The Pirates of the Syn system have been evicted by Imperial Forces. The flow of the insidious drug known as “Day Tripper” has been reduced to a trickle. In the smoldering ruins of the pirate base, ISB agents have uncovered concrete evidence that the pirate band was operating with assistance from the Collective. Fearing deeper infiltration of Imperial Space, The Empress has allocated resources to expand the effectiveness and reach of the ISB.

The Empress has christened a brand-new, state of the art headquarters for the ISB. This centralised location will allow for the satellite offices of the ISB to coordinate with other Imperial Agencies against enemies of the Empire.

Hell bent on restoring peace and security to the Empire, the Empress has launched a shadow war against the Collective. For too long, The Collective has threatened the stability of the Brotherhood and her clans. The Empire will not rest until the Collective is eliminated. Assassins and ISB agents have already been set on this task.

The Imperial Navy has also benefited from the Empress’ aggression. The Immobilizer-418 Cruiser Charybdis has joined the Imperial Fleet. The interdiction capabilities of this vessel will prove incredibly valuable to the Imperial Navy's commanders.

With new resources in hand, The Empire's hunt of the Collective has begun…

Taldryan
Crime is on the Rise

It had been an overreaction to attempt to blockade an entire galactic sector. The Fleet was redeploying itself to cover a select cluster of star systems making up the heart of the Human League’s sphere of influence. Though insanely problematic and prohibitively costly, a benefit was making itself already known. Military Intelligence had used the vast amount of ship movements to quietly place intelligence equipment on the ancient hyper beacons. The grid spanning the Dalicron sector was old and outdated. It had been last updated during the late High Republic Era, when the Jedi Explora Corps last had an impressive foothold in the region. And now the Taldryan Republic could see how many vessels connected to each beacon as they traversed Space, mapping out trade routes, ship movements, and the like.

Reports of increased pirate activity as well as other criminal activities across the outer edges of Republican Space appear to also be on the rise. Reports are now also indicating that these activities are moving beyond the border regions and that these criminal gangs are now penetrating deeper into the Republic’s dominion. More and more, it is beginning to appear that the Senate’s focus on foreign affairs is distracting from the more critical domestic matters currently plaguing the citizenry.

Meanwhile, there has been quiet activity on the world of Interitus Cairn with Clan Odan-Urr delegates visiting from afar. What is going on planetside, and why is Odan-Urr visiting? And on whose request?

Vizsla
Chaos Chosen

Confusion persists regarding the attack on Fero. Rumours have started to spread through the ranks, even to the newest members, and this has been further flamed by the resignation of Mako as Proconsul. In response, Consul Dracaryis has consolidated the clan into a central authority as represented by the newly constructed Blackspire Tower while also moving on to quickly hire a new Proconsul.

While Vizsla works on fortifying itself, agents of the clan have been contracted to spy on their rival and find out more regarding Clan Fero. Recently, recorded encryption from the battle was broken and provided proof of orders from Fero clearing space so Vizsla could attack Alenna Vhett unchallenged. To find out why Fero would want to target one of their own, a listening device has been planted in the diplomat’s offices.

Thankfully, the actions of the clan have borne fruit and the bug has revealed critical information about the faltering alliances in the Fero Council. Rife with betrayal and accusations of incompetence, the recordings reveal that the Ba'slanar Codex may be a grander prize than once thought. Yet, Vizsla is still unable to open the damn device and frustration abounds.

However, following the suggestion of the Lord of Salt, a chance meeting at the Brotherhood’s annual Pro Bowl could alter the path forward…
