Hello all,

With myself and Cethgus recently being appointed to the position of Consul and Proconsul, we find ourselves needing some positions filled. That being said we are opening the positions of Quaestor and Aedile of House Shar Dakhan. Applications will be open until the 27th of February at 11:59 EST. If you believe you have what it takes then feel free to apply.

Take time to understand the role you are applying for and make sure it is something you are really interested in.

Listed below are requirements for each position:

Quaestor must:

• Have access to and be willing to use Whatsapp
• Be able to reply to emails within 24 hours
• Have a 30/60/90 day plan for this role and how you will develop the House
• Have an active presence on IRC
• Be willing to work with and train the AED of the House
• Be willing to take on a challenge
• Be able to write reports or joint reports with the Aedile
• Maintain working and social relationship with members of the House
• Be able to reward members with either medals or promotions

Aedile must:

• Support the Quaestor in his daily role
  
• Have an email turnaround of 24 Hours
  
• Have access to Whatsapp
  
• Be willing to learn the role on the job
  
• Work with the Battleteam Leader and have a stable relationship
  
• Do a monthly joint report with the Quaestor or on their own
  
• Be prepared to step in if the Quaestor goes on a LoA
  
• Assist in writing medal and promotion recommendations
