Welcome to the third Arconan Proconsul report. Hope you folks haven’t missed me too much as we took a month off between reports. There is a lot going on right now, Sins III, gearing up for War and more on the horizon as times change. I don’t have a tremendous amount to cover in this report that hasn’t been mentioned in the Consul and Quaestor’s reports but hopefully you’ll find a helpful tidbit or two.
