Sadowans this is going to be a pretty no-frills first report.

Over the last 48 hrs the reality of Overlord Adept Bentre Stahoes stepping away from the seat has hit us like a ton of bricks. First and foremost I need to put on my big boy pants and throw myself right into the deep end of the pool.

Before I do that, I would not feel right about myself if I did not say thank you to everyone from start to finish of this process and humbled for the opportunity. This would not be possible without the mentorship and guidance extended to me, so THANK YOU ALL!!! I will bust my hump to stay on course and to continue to keep CNS as a force to be reckoned with. I will address all those kudos in my next report as it will certainly have more content to publish.

How am I feeling right now? Well I feel this sums up how I am feeling at the moment:

In all seriousness though, work must go on. I already sent the Summit a holy crapola letter with a bunch of my crazy thoughts and ideas. We will be crosstalking our plan of attack here in the next couple of weeks at the first Supah - Dupah Summit Meeting in which we will make a firm plan for what we want to do. But the first item up on the block is filling the seat of the ProConsul. So the position of ProConsul is open! I will be accepting applications for the position effective today! Here is what the Clan is looking for:

The Clan is looking for someone ready and willing to take up the mantle of ProConsul. For those that want to take up this challenge of leading and pursue the goal of making the Clan and Orian system a better place, this is your chance to lead from the front. A good portion of the job will be the two of us working together and reeling in all my craziness! The Clan would like to hear your thoughts on how to do that with the following criteria:

• What is your background/leadership experience

• What fictional plans do you have in mind

• Are there any initiatives that you have in mind that you would like to impliment?

• What is your leadership style

• Communication between Con/Procon how do you suggest we maintain that important aspect?

• What are your strengths and weaknesses and what have you learned from them?

• Why are you the right person for the job?

I cannot end this without saying a few words in regards to Adept Stahoes. I had told him this would be a tear jerker, but that is really not the case. Just a heartfelt thank you from this ol’ knuckledragger. I cannot thank you enough for the opportunity you have afforded me during our tenure together. I know we did not get to tackle everything we had talked about, but I will try to bring some of those things to fruition during this tenure.

The Overlord had a way of just getting things done! I hope that I have at least half that resolve as there were COUNTLESS issues he handled out of sight from all of us. It did not matter how much I bugged him and how many questions I asked, the Adept seemed to find the right words, the right mannerisms to bring balance and clarity to any issue we had in front of us. You made the job easy and and most of all fun! I hope you enjoy the well earned & deserved peace and quiet (until I reach out screaming for help!!!) as well as the Praetor gig with the FIST. Thank you Bentre for everything! You are the best!
