Introduction - This Guy AGAIN?!?
It’s been almost 7 years since I had to prepare a report for the best House in the DJB, and as some people already know me. I think I should still take a minute to introduce myself to anyone who doesn’t. My name is Edgar Drachen. You can call me Edgar or Ed. I have been a member of the club since 2014. I have also been Aedile and Quaestor of House Hoth for almost 3 years (in total), with my last run being in 2019. I was also Praetor and now a Magistrate in the Fist Office, so if you ever have gaming questions, please let me know. So, obviously, I’m an avid gamer, a beginner artist, and a bad writer, but I do the best I can for the House and Clan. Honestly, that’s all I ever expect from anyone with the House. Just do the best you can, even if that means being active and vocal in Discord with the other members of the club. My leadership style has always been to try to lead from the front to be active and present for every member of Hoth. I hope that in the coming months, I will get to know each member of Hoth well, and I do hope you will reach out to me anytime you have a question. All my contact information is on My Doiser, so please don’t be a stranger. I already realize that I need to relearn how to make my reports look pretty again, so please bear with me.
The Odanite Code
These are the founding principles of Clan Odan-Urr and, by extension, House Hoth are based upon. My goal is to reintroduce this to the newer members and help us all follow the code to the best of our ability. So please visit the Odanite Code wiki page to learn more.
Hoth News - Change of Plans
As per Jack’s Announcement, House Hoth got a New Quaestor instead of a new Aedile. As stated, some unforeseen life events happened, and our dear Nildea Vih, better known as Tor or Siv, needed to step down, and I will speak for the entire membership of Hoth by saying Thank you for your service over the last 7 months as both our Aedile and Quaestrix. This still leaves us without an Aedile, and on that front, I will be posting a new Club-Wide call to find an Aedile for Hoth shortly. The Application period may be short, maybe like 2 weeks, so if you're interested, don’t wait till the last minute. We would like a Aedile in place before the next Great Jedi War, which is around the corner. Also, previous Pro-Consul Applicants that are still interested in a leadership spot are encouraged to reapply, along with any other member of the Dark Jedi Brotherhood. Details and expectations will be posted in the listing, so keep an eye out for it.
Clubwide Important News
- Arch released a P:DGM announcement involving Activity. This will affect how you get XP, so make sure to read it and ask questions if you have any.
- Thran had a Regent Report about giving us more money.
- Even though this was posted a while ago I still want to highlight the latest GM Report about the member event pipeline. Check this out if your interesting in running an event.
DJB Wide Open Positions
Besides the soon-to-be-open Hoth Aedile position, there are other great opportunities out there which I will try to highlight for you every month (if available). Good Luck to all who apply!

Sign off
This report will be shorter than future reports, since this was a sudden shift, and I am still sitting with Jack, Len, and Doon as to what the future of House Hoth and the Knights will be. My intentions going forward will be to have a Quaestor report posted the first week of the Month. With Aedile and BTL reports sprinkled in as well. In my next full report, I hope to be able to highlight all of the members of this great House!
