Introduction

Greetings everyone!

I hope you’re ready for the seasons to change, as the pumpkins are spicing and the sweater weather draws near. We marvel at the wonder that is fall and the changing of the seasons. With competitions galore we hope you enjoy and have some fun returning to training, or whatever it is jedi do when they’re not running around negotiating.

Recap

Chaos in Tythas City has erupted in the wake of Martial Law. Protests sprung up everywhere with counter protests all in a fight for change. What did these Changes bring? Prosperity or ruin, something new in its place? We’ll have to wait and see.

Aedile’s Thoughts

There’s only a few things I can really add this month, the main one being the fact we’ve got multiple events running concurrently. Most of you will have your own way of dealing with this, but for those who don’t here’s some quick advice - Pick your battles.

Obvious, I know, but it helps to have a general breakdown. Focus on the quick ones you can get out of the way first - the kind which take only a few minutes. Then put together a list of those which you are most interested in and want to put your full effort behind. Then a final few which you can just submit throw-away or quick entries to them.

It helps to seriously maintain your sanity when you’re juggling between big event competitions, and life is still being insane.

We’ll have a few more of our own works coming up, and October brings in its usual mix of seasonal horrors, so please pace yourself.

The Probowl is upon us!

A new series has been added to the Lego Star Wars roster on Disney+ Star Wars: Rebuild the Galaxy!. The series takes a creative spin on the franchise by switching the roles between villains and heroes thanks to a mix-up with a powerful Jedi artifact. Many of the original actors return to voice their new takes on iconic roles.

Closing Thoughts

As fall and winter approach many have returned to classes and regular work schedules. I'd like to take a moment to add to our awesome Aedile’s words and remind everyone that if you’re overwhelmed or can't participate it’s okay. Our priority is always to our members and making this a fun place to be.
