Plagueis Rollmaster Report #3 - The Daily Grind
Introduction
My third report as Rollmaster of Clan Plagueis in which I briefly mention that ACC Tournament everyone else is talking about while running through the usual list of Journeymen accomplishments. The daily grind. The daily grind.
Journeymen Accomplishments
Clan Plagueis lost a chunk of membership to the AWOL check, but most of those were lower ranks with a sizable chunk being APP/NOV. This is expected to a degree, some people just sign up for things but aren’t actually interested. Still, there are plenty of elements Plagueis needs to continue strengthening. Our strategy of having BTLs be a member’s "master" until they reach PRT is still in the adjustment phase, and we also have to work on finding the right balance between contacting a new member too much (we lost someone due to too many emails) or too little (see reverse). We’re above forty and our current crop, especially the GRDs and JHs, are active and well motivated to work toward Dark Jedi Knight.

Tips for Ranking
This is a copy from my last report, but it’s so damn simple and worthwhile I really want to stress it. Read the promotion requirements publicly listed on the Wiki. I have fancy tools that tell me percentages and notify me when to promote people, but you, as a member trying to get promoted, can also look to see what you can do. Promotheus uses a lot of video game leveling techniques - take advantage of it to earn cool new lightsabers, robes, and force powers!

Conclusion
Clan Plagueis is grown a bit quiet in the last month, but Fading Light should push things back into overdrive. The summit recognizes that a lot of members participating will likely not be participating after the first few rounds, so while the tournament will last several weeks we want to keep people occupied. To do this, we have been working on some clan-level fictional development and competitions that should make things interesting. Stay tuned. Until then….
My brief mention of the ACC Tournament was in the introduction and conclusion! I mean, if you haven’t already signed up/qualified it’s too late now. Let’s just get pumped about participating or cheering on our fellow clan mates who are!
