Hello everyone and welcome to my 2nd report as Proconsul! Thank you for taking the time to read it, this one will be a little beefier than the last. We’ll discuss the recent fiction update, a new plan going forward to reward activity(and a competition), as well as some updates to the next Parabellum cycle and other news from around the Brotherhood. First, the fiction!

The vision was peculiar, though the Neti could not place the cause of this feeling.

He appeared to be walking through a forest, the black sky that permanently hung overhead was throwing another thunderstorm at the entire region. Grey trees obscured the horizon as black leaves covered the shaded grey forest floor. The rain streaked in tints of whitish grey through the sky, further obscuring his view. In the distance, barely visible through the trees, black mountains rose up. Along the blackish grey path, the Elder Jedi moved towards the destination the Force seemed to be pulling him towards, a stone castle stood proudly on an overhanging cliff in the distance. Below it, near the river banks, a settlement appeared to spread itself out, small black shapes with windows illuminated white into the darkness showed proof of continued inhabitation. The Neti wondered if they could add a spaceport to that town, and bring the moon back into the Taldryan Republic now that the atmospheric phenomena appeared to be settling. Already, he could feel the Force indicating approval at his idea. It wanted this place to once more be visited?

Taldryan Republic: Isolation

This is a new fiction competition we will be running for 3 months, from January 20th through April 20th. It has 4 prompts to choose from, each pertaining to a different active storyline, at a different location. This competition is long-running, so really take your time with it. Read the details here.

We will also be starting a new, annual competition recording each clan member’s activity. It will run at 6-month intervals, beginning on January 20th. This competition will be called the Gatekeeper Protocol and the winner will be awarded the Scions Bryar Lightsword. They will hold the artifact and the honorary title of ‘Gatekeeper’ until the end of the following competition. This is not a new concept to the Clan or the Brotherhood, but we decided to revive(and update) it because we want everyone to feel like their contributions to the Clan matter and are recognized. Our wonderful Magistrate Jenni will be keeping track of everyone's activity through an Excel spreadsheet using this point system.

Last month we ran a Clan event set on Interitus Cairn called Thankful In Thanadris. Another round of congratulations to our winners, a three-way tie between “Aequitas” Anderson, Centam Javik, and Jenni! Thank you to everyone who participated!

Our weekly Kasiya-based #TalQuestions continue at a steady pace. We’ve done Arreat Mountains, Western Red Hills, Forceless Forest, Biask Canyon, Amur Plains, and currently we are in the Great Kasiyan Desert. A big thanks to everyone who has voted in the polls! We have reworked many of the answers to fit the wiki and begun adding them into their respective places!

Bubba’s term ended as GM and the reign of Atra has begun, with Idris appointed as the new DGM.

The 2026 Term for The Chamber of Justice is about to begin, with 5 staff positions available.

The timeline for Parabellum Season One: Cycle Four was pushed back to begin on January 24th. The points threshold for the final tier has also been lowered from 85 points to 76.
