Introduction

My report this month focuses on the tracking system now in place for our members, shout-outs for shiny winners and promotions and returns galore!

Firstly, Tracking. All masters with students and Battleteam Leaders should now have received a shared google doc with each members' promotheus report which is updated to the present time. It is the aim now for the BTLs and masters with students to keep this up to date so the Summit and I can keep track of what the students are achieving, and if there are any shortfalls or help is needed we can step in to help. Keep an eye on students, and if they achieve something that meets a promotheus requirement, edit the requirement on the doc by using a strikethrough to keep it updated. The hope is that this will help us keep track, and our members will get to Dark Jedi Knight as quickly as possible.

Tips For Ranking

As always, communicate. If you find yourself at a dead end as to what to do next to gain that elusive rank, speak to either your BTL or in some cases your Master. They will give you guidance on what to do next. Failing that, contact either myself or a member of the summit who can also help.

Conclusion

Congratulations to everyone on a good month, especially in the Shadow Academy! Good to see members returning from Rogues and bolstering our ranks too. If we all work together, and above all communicate, we can rise through the ranks together and help our Clan grow stronger. I cannot stress enough that communication is of course the key issue here. Seek and thou shalt find. Me, Masters, Summit - all are here to help you rise and enjoy your time in the Brotherhood. Now lets get out there and show what Plagueis can do!
