I will begin my last report as your Battleteam Leader by saying that l am proud of everything that we have achieved together: the Clan Odan Urr Tython Squad event, identifying a clear goal, and adjusting our battle team to fit within that definition. All of you made that possible by voting and talking to each other and you have no idea how grateful I am for that.
With that being said, it pains me to say I have to step down. My family life has taken a toll on my schedule and I no longer have the time to dedicate to making this battleteam what you all deserve to see. It’s been a real pleasure being in this leadership role and l need to thank a few people for assisting me along the way. Thank you to the Summit for putting up with me and my energy, and thank you to Leeadra and Abbey for their special help in proofreading my writing. Without these amazing people, there would be no reports or anything like that. l am so grateful to each and everyone one of you. Thank you.
But, putting all that aside, I’ve learned so much in my time here as your Battleteam Leader, and I will take all of it forward in my DJB career.
Of course, the icing on the cake of my time here in Nighthawk/Spectre Cell was the knighting of my Apprentice Zul, so I will be going out on a very high note.
Without further ado, my final report begins.
The old Battleteam Nighthawk is gone, and in its place comes Spectre Cell! We also have a new home: Fort Aurora. A move which, I feel, was much needed. Additionally, we have a new motto:
“We live, we die, we live again.”
This was decided by a recent competition. All other decisions were made by talking to all of you and voting; something I very deeply believe is the best way to include everyone in the battleteam. I am proud to have brought that, community spirit, and open communication to the team and will continue to encourage in the future.
Spectre Cell is in a good state at the moment, and only needs a bit of tender care. There is still wiki work to do, but apart from that, the team is stable and looking good.

It's been a pleasure for me to be a part of a new venture within Arcona history, but it’s time for me to retire and give someone else a chance to take the reins on Spectre Cell.

Thank you, Constantine, for your leadership and guidance. You have done a great job as Battle Team Leader and will be missed. Though we may soon have a new BTL you can never be replaced. Whoever it is, they have very large shoes to fill. As for my elevation, I could not have done it without you. You are an inspiration to us all.
