Spectre Cell Report #1: What a Lovely Day!

header

Hello everyone, this is your friendly neighborhood murder-lizard, and welcome to April’s Spectre Cell report!

Before I begin, let me reiterate how absolutely ecstatic I am to be here as your new Battleteam Leader. I want to thank you all for making this such a great team to be a part of, and I can tell it will only get better in the future. Back from the dead, and stronger than ever!

So, without further ado, the report!

Spectre Cell News

I want to sincerely congratulate you all on Spectre Cell’s fantastic showing in the Consul Bride event between Arcona and Odan Urr. As a team we managed to take home over a third of all the awards given out, and managed to completely sweep the gaming competition. While it may not have been a vendetta, I say we still managed to put up more than a fight! Congratulations to everyone who placed and participated in the event.

More recently Spectre Cell has begun what I am hoping to be the first phase of building up our newly reborn Battleteam. There is now a series of competitions underway to help introduce everyone into the team and set up a bit of the fictional background behind it. The competitions are focused on Spectre Cell but are now open to everyone in House Galeres who wants to take part. I’d highly encourage all of you to check them out!

This month we have had a wave of new members joining the team! Maaz (perhaps better known as Uji) and Rhylance, both long-standing members of the club, have decided to pack their things and move in with us in Spectre. Meanwhile Bando Gora, DarkNightWitch, KnightFury, DawnWind, and Alaric Kandarian have all joined our little group fresh off the streets. Everyone make sure to give them a welcome if you see them around.

Lastly I’d like to give a personal thanks to two members of Spectre Cell who have been a major help in getting me up and running in my new position. Atty and Maaz, I’d like to thank both of you for being such a great part of this team! I have no doubt that without your help this would have been a lot harder on me.

Clan News

To begin, if you haven’t read it already, make sure to check out the Consul report. Our valiant leader has a lot to say about the future of the Clan’s Sins of the Past storyline. Terran has even managed to work up a wonderful summary for those still catching up! Read all about it!

While it may be old news, make sure to keep up on the House Galeres report from last month. Our summit works very hard to keep us lazy loafers updated, so take a look at what Q and Skar have to say.

The Selen Development Project is live once more, with another competition to help build our lovely home. Help design the hospitals, utilities, and other locations that help make our city function.

Brotherhood News

The final installment of the GJWXII is live! An epilogue to commemorate all our efforts in the war has recently been put out by the Voice. If you want to learn how the war wrapped up, or just appreciate good fiction, check it out here

Our newly appointed Social Media Tribune has recently opened brand spanking new Twitter and Instagram pages for the Brotherhood! If you don’t already know about them, check them out here in his report.

And finally a topic near and dear to my heart as an ACC Judge, the ACC Scenario Hall is live! A lot of this work has been put into this one Spectres, and I’m sure everyone on the ACC team would be happy if you hopped in and beat the crap out of eachother. Read all about it here in Atra-senpai’s report

Competitions

Closing

And so we come to the end of the first of what will, hopefully, be many reports by me for Spectre Cell. I want to thank all of you for being here with me, and helping us make this into a real team. We’re gonna go places, kick butt, and leave a whole lot of chaos in our wake. Are you with me spectres?

We live, we die, we live again!
