I’m back! Long-time no report, I know. I took a bit of a vacation this summer from reports, but I’m back now on routine. So without further ado, my TA friends, let’s get this August report started!
So a lot has happened this month.** Xen’Mordin** resigned after his long reign as Emperor for the clan. I would like to thank Xen for his devotion to CSP, as well as for putting his trust in me to start TA as Excidium’s first Battle Team. I hope that he will continue to succeed at whatever future endeavors are in store for him. I’d also like to Congratulate Elincia for becoming Consul, and would like to extend congratulations as well to Braecen for becoming the new PCON. Last, but not least, a huge congratulations to Alara for becoming Excidium’s new Quaestor. It’s very exciting to see my former Sergeant already taking on the role of QUA, and I look forward to working with her to help make TA more awesome and impactful in the House.
Next, Eli has released an address that has some important information regarding the Clan making an NPC emperor. This is something new for CSP, and will be very impactful to the Clan as a whole. Please take a look at Eli’s address Here.
Lastly, but certainly not least, Angel Snow has joined our ranks. Her initiation hasn’t been done yet, but I would like to welcome her to our family of misfits anyways. I know she will do great things, and I look forward to seeing her blossom within the Battle Team. I’d also like to wish Chrome good luck with his endeavors with Odan-Urr. It was great having you with us.

I’d also like to congratulate Xen’Mordin for receiving an Amethyst Kukri! Well earned, Xen.
There is a lot going on comp wise in Excidium and CSP. New comps will be coming out for TA starting September 1st, and many of them will be some easy ones so that everyone has a chance of getting in some easy participation as well as shinies. There will also be comps regarding TA’s new base, but I will release more on that later.

One last announcement. With Alara becoming QUA, a new Aedile is needed. Something to keep in mind whenever applications for the position is opened.
As we’ve seen, there has been a lot happening for CSP that affects us, and there are a lot of opportunities comp wise for everyone to take advantage. Whilst I have been offered the chance to step up in leadership rank, I’ve chosen to remain with TA. Yes, it would be nice for me to advance up, but with all the changes going on and Excidium going through some pretty important development, I want to be here to take care of everyone and help prepare for whatever changes and Battle Team development is in store. I know this summer I was a bit absent for a long needed break, but now I’m back in the swing of things and ready to get things rollin’ for all of us. I want to take more time these next few months to focus not only on TA development, but everyone’s growth as well. A few of you expressed interests in leadership one day, so I will be getting with ya’ll individually to see what activities you can do for TA to help you get closer to that goal.
I also would like to encourage everyone to encourage and help others in the DJB life. We’re a family, and as a family we help each other to be the best that we can be. As always, I’m willing to listen to any suggestions, questions, or concerns you have. I also encourage everyone to do more comps; and get involved in things like Run-ons, chat, and even commenting on reports from other leaders. Lastly, I encourage you to continue being awesome, and to always remember that you are amazing and greatly valued.
