A happy Thursday to Taldryan! This week, Howie looks at news from across the Brotherhood, pimps some open positions, and discusses competitions!
The Grand Master posted something on the news page late last week, so I’d just like to take the opportunity to remind you all of the cardinal rule of Taldryan (and really, life) – don’t be a dick. This applies on IRC, on Telegram, and even in email. Don’t harass people, don’t intimidate people, just be an adult.
Second, the Seneschal posted a report with a tonne of interesting information – including more talk of posessions (which is now beginning to show up on the Brotherhood database!)
Consul Locke of Naga Sadow is looking for a Quaestor for House Shar Dakhan. If you’re interested, applications are due at 11:59pm eastern time on Saturday, July 11th.
Quaestor Dante is looking for an Aedile for House Imperium. Check it out if you’re interested.
None of you are thinking about applying for those positions, obviously, because Quaestor Raistline is in need of Aedile. You know you want to work for Raistypoo, and for the betterment of House Ektrosis and Clan Taldryan. Applications are due on the 12th of July!
Gorefest is coming up next week (running from July 17 to July 19 – said differently, running from 8pm eastern time on Thursday, July 16 to 7:59pm eastern time on Sunday, July 19). What does that mean to you? It means double Clusters of Fire for PVP and double Clusters of Earth for PVE and PVO gaming, and it means a chance at winning first level crescents if you participate in the PVP gaming tournament!
There’s a catch, though. You have to be a member of the Grand Master’s Royal Guard – so for those of you that aren’t members? Go take a gander at the GMRG History course at the Shadow Academy – and join up today!
