The goal of this competition is to create NPCs to populate the locations recently created in the locale competition. That means, for example, bartenders, waitstaff, regulars and anything else you might think of.

This means:

• A physical description of the character
  
• A brief history of the character
  
• A ‘what do they do at the place’ section
  
• Anything else you feel is relevant

You are free to submit multiple NPCs (try to keep it to a single document and easy to tell them apart, eh?), and are encouraged to do so!

Grading will be done according to how detailed the NPC is and how well crafted they are.
