So, im going to start this recommendation with a little story. When Cryo first joined Taldryan, she came in with a level of energy that was infectious. The Clan warmed up to her almost immediately, to the point where I had both Teebu and Crysenia talking to me about putting her in as Ektrosis Aedile.

Now, considering that she was still relatively new at the time, I was naturally very hesitant to do so. Nonetheless, I went along with it, and appointing Cryo as Ektrosis Aedile has to be one of the best decisions I've ever been talked into.

So, let's go over the pre-war stuff first. Cryo is fundamentally responsible for the development of the Holmes District of Port Kasiya. Including the gangs, what's in the area including illegal nightclubs etc etc.

She also recruited, and has become the master of Koda (formerly known as Robin) who is excelling thanks to her guidance and is well on the way to Knighthood.

Now we move on to the War stuff. I mentioned Cryo's infectious energy before, and she went into Great Jedi War XV with the intention to help Taldryan and its members be the best it can be. Hardly a day passed that I didn't receive a message from her asking if she could help in any particular way, shape or form. This included, but was not limited too, messaging around all of her House members personally to ask if they were doing OK. Anyone who's been a leader in the club knows how important it is to build that connection with the members they lead and serve, especially at a House level. Then, she also helped me with hosting the Great Jedi War Showcase.

That probably needs a little bit of an explanation. Basically, every couple of days or so, I'd advertise one of the GJW comps in Taldryan's private chat in a bid to create some hype and get members to focus on the comp in question. Towards the second week of phase 1, I ended up getting pretty sick and needed to take a couple of days off to recover. Cryo took over the Showcase, and did not allow momentum to falter during the war.

Next, the numbers. Since her last promotion, Cryo has participated in 29 competitions, several of which are from the recent Great Jedi War (which is being graded right now) and has earned the following awards;

Crescent with Diamond Star x2 Crescent with Ruby Star x3 Crescent with Amethyst Star x2 Crescent with Sapphire Star x1 Crescent with Emerald Star x1 Crescent with Quartz Star x1

A member often hits the Equite ranks when they show a true dedication to the club, their fellow members, and their Clan. Its a sign that the member in question is here to stay and make an impact. I believe Cryo fits that description.

Cryo, Cryo, Cryo...

What can I not say about my former Student, now already a Master? Ever since leaving my tutelage and stepping into the role of Aedile, she has done nothing but excel beyond my wildest expectations. Even beating me to the punch at a few things when Appius stepped away sick (I was literally in the process of writing a post to promote the war competition showcase, and upon noticing a ping...well, that's Cryo.)

Anything and everything we need to be done, even as Appius said with the development of the Holmes district in Kasiya, Cryo took what I had birthed and gave it form, gave it depth and meaning, meaning which drives the narrative of both House Ektrosis as well as the Clan.

Anytime members need anything, have questions about their character devlopment or any issues, Cryo is immediately on top of it and supporting not just her house but also the clan.

Because of everything you have done, especially in demonstrating your continued loyalty to the clan and that you want to make a true impact in the future of others here, and all of the things you continue to do, you have absolutely earned this promotion.

Congratulations, my former apprentice. Keep up the good work, and make the Brotherhood proud.
