As usual, my young Yeoman, you have shown just what you are capable of.

In the last 48 days, you've passed 15 different Shadow Academy courses, earned a degree, had a phenomenal outing in our recent RP session, as well as organizing four different events and participated in 5 other events with a Crescent with Topaz star to boot.

You've also been developing the Holmes district of Port Kasiya beautifully, with amazing results of which I look forward to roleplaying in later in the future.

Though it may not feel like a lot, it has more than guided you along your way to your way both as a member of the Clan Taldrayan and as an Aedile of House Ektrosis. You have earned the respect and admiration of your house, your Quaestor, and your Summit.

And because of that, I dare say that you are a Yeoman no longer. You are a Professional. Like Liam Neeson.

Cryo is a new member that came into Taldryan with a vague idea of what this club was, and what we do within it. She has thrown herself into everything the DJB has to offer with a gusto that has truly injected a breath of fresh air in Taldryan. So much so, that nearly a month ago she was appointed as Aedile of House Ektrosis.

Let's begin with the numbers, and if we look to the Prometheus, we can see quite the list she has achieved. She passed the leadership competitions Shadow Academy Course, placed in 4 separate competitions, including the week 2 event fiction in the cross-clan event with CSP, and has participated inna total of 23 competitions!

As a leader, Cryo is already proving her fictional skills and imagination, working on a co-op RP with another Taldryan member, and is working with her Quaestor on House Ektrosis development for an upcoming event. She has helped inspire her House members to take part in events, a critical part of being a leader.

All in all, Cryo well and truly deserves this promotion. Congratulations, Cryo! You earned it!

Since becoming my student, Cryo has been nothing short of phenominal. Just in the 14 days since her last promotion, she has participated in 18 different competitions, participated in the Investigation of Elysia event and RP, finished her character sheet and yet even when meeting the raw requirements kept going like a porg on coffee.

I could not be prouder, and thus hereby award Cryo the next step along her ever destined path.
