Welcome Back!

Oh! Hello there! Here we are, once again. The opening of yet another Voidbreaker BTL report. As always, I’m your host, Leeadra Halcyon and welcome to my Crib. Hey. Wait a minute… this isn’t MTV… What are all of you doing in my quarters? This is PRIVATE! Alright. Now that all the cameras are gone we can really get down to business here. Lots of stuff to talk about so let’s just dive right into it, shall we?

News

Brotherhood News

Quite a few things have happened Club wide that may affect you. Be sure to check them out.

• The results are in and your new M:FISTs have been chosen! Be sure to check out the P:FIST report linked above to see all the newest developments from the gaming staff and congratulate the two newest members of Dracpool’s staff, including our very own Rylance! If you happen to see him in the streets consider congratulating him on getting FISTed before running in the opposite direction.

• Speaking of new jobs the new Combat Master (Mistress?) has been selected! Alethia Archenksova aka Arch has stepped into Atra’s very large shoes with some rather small, birdlike feet. Take a minute to congratulate our newest CM and perhaps offer some birdseed as tribute to preserve your souls (and your ACC record). Additionally, Atra has stepped up and into the role of P:GM in order to assist the Great and Powerful Mav in some of the projects that will ultimately affect each and every one of us. Perhaps wish him some luck with his new job prospect as well. Finally, with Arch stepping into the Combat Master role, that leaves a big, feathery hole at the top of Odan-Urr. If you are interested in becoming a Consol, feel free to drop in an application. Even though we’ll miss you here, change is a good thing and ambition will take you far. Not a whole lot going on in Clan news this month. Take a bit of a breather and gird your loins for next month’s Valentine’s Day competitions (A:VD). Prepare yourselves and make sure you’re up to date on all your shots. It could get messy.

• Galares Summit Report: Go support those other Arcona guys and check out what Q has to say. Sometimes there are some important words that come out of his mouth. Or something. I think.

• A Shadow Port in Shambles: Part three of our rebuilding and regrouping project is in full swing and runs until the end of the month, so get those flash game, graphics, gaming, fiction and other assorted entries in while you still can and help us make Ol’val great again!

• Capital Enterprises Raid: Be a good little space pirate and join your Arconan brethren in stealing from the people we don’t like in order to better supply ourselves! Write a fiction where you tactically acquire some essentials from a nearby Collective shipping convoy. Make your Slothy overlord proud!

• Just a Prank!: Your character is either the perpetrator or the victim of a harmless prank in this fiction competition! Enjoy a fun little writing project where your character can blow off a little steam and have some fun. Or maybe a heart attack. You decide!

Favorite video game? And/or what game would you like to see supported in the DJB?

Currently, I’ve been playing more and more HotS as I find my niche is Ranged Support characters. cough cough Brightwing cough cough Also her voice lines are adorable and just threatening enough to be hilarious and I can’t get enough. As far as what game I want to see supported, (because I know it’s a peeve of Drac’s) Pokemon. :p

Uh, um. What is Smol Blue’s biggest fear as a leader? Is it facing something she feels she can't beat, losing someone under her care? Accidentally walking in on the Consul cleaning himself?

As far as being a leader, her biggest fear is biting off more than she can chew so to speak and getting someone in her care killed because of her negligence. She tries to avoid this by attempting to plan for every circumstance she can possibly imagine, but often times that just makes her more panicky. That said, [REDACTED] has really taken a toll on her emotionally as she was there and should have been able to prevent the situation from escalating as it did.

As far as the last one, I feel like that is a very rational fear and should be embedded in the subconscious of every member of the clan.

Fictionally, how is Lee going to deal with having a few extra murderhobos on her crew?

Personally, as long as they point the shoosty shoosty bits the right way, Lee won’t discriminate. With the latest developments, we can use all the hands we can get. And the guns.

What plans do you have to stop people from referring to the not-so-good Doctor as Chissyface?

Wait… We’re discouraging this now? pushes a memo off her desk Oops.

Why do maid uniforms keep showing up at Lucine’s office?

I have no idea, dear. Probably because someone keeps sending them. I would imagine the best way to get them to stop would be to just start wearing them.

What advice do you have for people who might be interested in getting into leadership?

Do it! No really. Just dive in, submit applications to literally every position that opens up, you never know. Hell, take my job! It’s a great introduction to what leadership is like in the Brotherhood and it’s a great way to get your toes wet. Or maybe you could usurp the murderlizard in Spectre Cell instead. shrugs There are plenty of options and opportunities out there! Don’t be afraid to jump on them.

Do you know what you’ve done?

I’ve done many things, I’m afraid you’ll have to be a little more specific.

What are Lee’s thoughts regarding the fictional developments of the VB and Qel-Droma?

Dear Force, the events of this last fictional update have thoroughly rocked Lee to her core. While it is definitely not her first time being shot at by any means, it is the first time she has been in a situation where she hadn’t been able to plan and account for several outcomes. She has participated in the Brotherhood’s wars and gone on plenty of missions that have had the distinct possibility of things going sideways, but to be in the midst of a rather traumatic event like that and see the results has seriously made her question her capabilities as a leader.

Seriously, do you know what you’ve done?

Bringing awareness to the fact that the Shadow Sloth hardly ever wears pants? #FurIsNOTPants

Any thoughts on how we can get a certain Ryn to wear pants?

Send them to his front door at annoyingly close intervals? Like a maid outfit but with pants. Maybe one day he’ll get the hint.

Rhylance wants to know:

Will [the assassination attempt] change how you act as the captain of the Voidbreaker?

Almost certainly. It was a very poignant reminder that there are definitely still people out there that want Brotherhood members, force users, etc. dead. The next few weeks, the entire crew will be on high alert and she will most definitely encourage everyone to be vigilant and aware of their surroundings at all times. Additional safety measures will be taken aboard the ship to ensure that both the ship and all of her crew remain safe while under her purview.

Time for some group therapy with everyone’s favorite doctor?

I think group therapy is a fantastic idea. Help people cope with their recent experiences in a safe and positive environment.

I too am curious how we are going to reverse-pants the Ryn?

I’m pretty sure most of us are. Find out next week. Maybe we could Indiana Jones trap his office with a bunch of pants and when he steps on certain floor tiles, they spring up from the floor and cinch themselves around his waist…

Here we are, once again. The end of the world as we know it. Or at least the end of this report. I hope all of you enjoyed your holidays and didn’t gain too much weight as the tasty, tasty food filled your bellies. In any case, here’s to 2019.
