Welcome to my first official report as the Proconsul of Clan Vizsla.

I hope that by the time you're finished reading this that you will have a better understanding of my vision and what I hope to accomplish alongside our beloved Consul, Korvis and the rest of our Summit. So, without further adieu, let's jump right in, shall we?

Having been Proconsul for a month now. I am excited to say that everyone has been very responsive to the changes and additions that we have made as a Summit. We have such a unique opportunity to be different in that the concept of Vizsla allows us to really dig in and explore what it's like to play characters that live their lives outside of reliance on the Force (Jedi, Sith, and Force Disciples are still very much welcomed) so moving forward I’m really going to press in and take advantage of that. Especially when it comes to recruitment.

I've been having discussions with Korvis throughout the month and we have settled on a unified direction for the Clan and with the help of you, the member, we aim to develop our lore around this vision.

“ Blood pounded in Korvis' veins as fury that welled up within. A brooding that interrupted his solace. The heads of the three Sith in attendance all shifted as one, to the door, just before it burst open. A stranger stomped across the threshold followed by two IG-86 droids. He was donning Mandalorian armor with an unrecognizable seal and the face beneath the helmet carried a scowl. Juda didn't skip a beat as he drew his Westar from his black leather holster and leveled the barrel between the intruder's eyes. Korvis, for the sake of diplomacy and perhaps out of peaking curiosity raised his hand to halt the next step that would have produced a blaster bolt with ill intentions.

"And you are?" Korvis spoke up with a quizzical tone.

"An emissary from Clan Ferro."

Juda, Korvis, and everyone still in attendance looked at each other as the emissary flicked over cups and inspected the Hall with a displeasure that could be seen in his every move.

"This is how Clan Vizsla honors Mandalore?" Confusion set in as Juda stepped forward.

"What do you want, Emissary of Ferro?" he spoke, adding a bit of mockery to his tone.”

This is an important passage that will give you insight into where we will be going next fictionally. Some minor competitions will carry this theme until we jump in full bore.

Marick aka: Wally has been gracious enough to help us RP noobs in Clan Vizsla run our first trial. It involves dice rolls and decision making which has been a lot of fun.

Especially adapting to things that don't always go your way. Darcy, Chrome, Ricmore, and Korras to name a few are experienced with this style of play so will be a big help when it comes to DM’ing these missions.

Have had to find our way onto an asteroid base in search of a tech-weaver who stole plans for a weapon, dealt with turrets, some battle-droids, and a pesky droideka that refused to die no matter what we threw at it.

In the very near future I would love to incorporate this style of RP into Clan Vizsla and am aiming to use it for cross-clan activity. We are all a brotherhood so it will be a great way for us to meet up with people in other clans that we don’t always get to participate with directly.

Competitions

In addition, my Bounty Board will be a recurring competition as will competitions that play to our strengths and weaknesses as a Clan. You can expect some quick and easy competitions with a sprinkling of events that will test your abilities.

I’ve done this with two competitions that will be running through the month of August.

I’ve reached out to you guys and it seems that many of you are also interested in quick and easy competitions. Well, your voices have been heard so we will continue running things like puzzles, flash-games, codebreaker competitions etc.

Korvis has recently thrown out a couple Codebreaker competitions. One is still running and will be until the 31st and one just ended where we saw these individuals take home the credits!

Korvis also has the Pimp My Ride Landspeeder Edition running so if you’re interested in some more crescents and graphite, I encourage you to participate in this one.

Kanal has also been running his X-Wing Series Trivia competitions and has plans to continue running them. Keep your eyes peeled for his announcements on discord for times and dates.

Hector Von Ricmore is also running a Cluster Race for you gamers out there!

Also, everyone get ready and hyped for the Pro-Bowl and the Great Hunt which is slated for the end of the year. You can expect more details for these two events the closer we get to launch.

Buckle up members of Clan Vizsla, things will be shaking up. We have some pretty big plans coming within the next few months and will provide further details as we start rolling them out. My goal is to build up our community and continue cooperating with the brotherhood as a whole. I really want everyone to feel welcome in Clan Vizsla and I want us to treat each other the way that we expect to be treated. A drama free zone is a fun zone!
