It has been an entertaining Great Jedi War with wide sweeping implications fictionally for the Dark Jedi Brotherhood. I will go over what has gone on fictionally for Scholae Palatinae over the last month, then go into a bit of a look beyond the GJW which need not consume too much attention, before going over some accomplishments and some final words from my perspective as a leader in this great team.
The ongoing crisis that has come to be known as the Looking Home Campaign came to a close. After years of plotting and preparing to take over rule of the Cocytus System and assume the title of Emperor, things came to a final climax for Fias Zhan in the city of Ohmen, Judecca where the Scions met their match in only a few short days.
Occupied by the Scions, the Imperial Scholae Guard forces along with the Dark Jedi slowly took the city back block by block. After developing anti-toxins and fighting their way through compromised defense systems, eventually all that awaited was the Imperial Palace itself and rescue of their Emperor and home.
Quickly destroying Zhan’s top Lieutenants on the way to the throne room, Emperor Xen’mordin would sense his teams arrival and leave the secure lower levels of the palace to join the fight. In a final duel Zhan would be defeated at the hands of Xen would be the start of the end for the Scions.
With the Imperial Palace and a large portion of Ohmen in ruin, Scholae Palatinae would have their work cut out for them rebuilding. As they took to the news network to ensure their citizens felt safe, and assured they remained in control, the larger work of learning from the failures that allowed this to happen in the first place.
All that would have to wait, and they would not get much time to rest, when they received multiple messages from different factions of the Dark Jedi Brotherhood on an even larger threat facing them. As Grand Master Ashen attempted to enact the Rite of Immortality, a rite forbidden by the Star Chamber, Scholae Palatinae joined up with former Grand Master Jac Cotelin and Taldryan to ensure he was stopped. They now fight on Korriban relentlessly to help ensure their side wins.
The following are medals and promotions, with the exception of clusters, which were awarded since the last report. Congratulations to everyone, I hope nothing was missed.

So, I feel like I need to address this here in at least a few words, or thoughts. There have been a few notes on the front page regarding unsportsmanlike conduct in gaming and cheating as part of this most recent ongoing vendetta. We’re all human. People make decisions to run stop signs on a daily basis, all the way up to forging financial records and stealing from investors, each decision a carefully weighed balance of risk and reward. It’s perhaps a bit much to expect the utmost in integrity and professionalism on the Internet of all places from everyone at all times, but keep in mind that the goal here is to enjoy ourselves and consume Star Wars in a unique way.
You are one of hundreds of members in the DJB, in one of many different units, and that equates to a whole lot of fun and Star Wars. Xen and I do our best to serve the members of Scholae Palatinae, you, and provide you our own unique stories, competitions, changes to make your own personal mark on our future together as a team. Vendettas though offer a unique chance to get visibility along with all other units, and actions and decisions made are amplified as such be it good or bad. It isn’t just your reputation, it’s ours. Just like the actions of a player on any professional sports team. So and so did this hits the news or in our case IRC, except maybe they don’t recognize the name, so instead it’s Scholae Palatinae member did this and that. Our name is tied to the actions of all our members.
We’re all an awesome group of people, so let’s just keep being awesome and give it our best. If nothing else, the rewards for your efforts are awaiting you. Though quite a few people have recently been promoted and already started to get their rewards...
