Tarentum Rollmaster Report #2

Introduction

Hello, and welcome once again to the Tarentum Rollmaster report. I've decided that I'm going to just file a report weekly, or every 2 weeks at the most as I am keeping everyone apprised of currently running Clan competitions in my reports. I'm a bit old school, back in the day reports were expected once a week, so I'm quite used to doing them weekly in a leadership position.

Master/Student Pairings

We got a few new pairings this week:

As always, if you're JM3 or below and would like a master, or JM4 and would like to be a master please contact me and I will do what I can do help you out.

New Members Joining Us

This week saw the arrival of 2 new members to Tarentum. Please, everyone join me in welcoming Texas and See-o-noo to Tarentum!

Competitions

Currently we have quite a few competitions running in Tarentum. Each report I will highlight all of the Clanwide competitions. One thing I will ask is that if you run a House or Battleteam please make your competitions Clanwide that aren't internal lore/fiction. This allows greater opportunity for the Journeyman to participate in things like gaming, trivia, etc. Recently, I did a trivia competition that was marked for another unit, I even placed in this competition... however, I was unable to collect my Crescent due to being in the wrong unit as. I feel if we make these competitions Clanwide it will create a higher degree of participation because, which is what we all would like to see.

Closing Statement

It's been a fairly fun first week as Rollmaster. I've talked to a lot of people I hadn't really talked to much before, I got a welcome email created to say hello to new Clan members, and we got 2 new members joining us and 2 new M/S pairings. I think the week went pretty well, the only real criticism I have is that some of our journeymen appear inactive and I'm going to see what I can do to change that.

Great work Rollmaster!

Journeymen... Give this dude some extra work, tracking some amazing activity! :)

High five Krom!
