Additional reasons: Constantine is an amazing ball of energy and, since joining us in August, he has been a source of constant ideas and activity; sometimes to the point of frustration. What he has in spades, though, is raw determination to improve. He takes critique and direction in stride, and is always on the move when it comes to making some sort of innovation for the Battleteam. This sort of gusto is a welcome advent in what has long been a quiet group, and I look forward to seeing what more he can bring.
