Tahsa'Vel Versea: #Question Saturday Challenge?

War looms over the horizon. Not with The Collective but with a new upstart know as the Severian Principate. How would your character react to the news of a potential war against this neutral faction? Write a short paragraph ( can be 3-5 sentences)describing your character's reaction to the news and how they would prepare for this GJW.

My Response: ([Sadly a bit Non-Canon :P])

Xuner rapidly paced back and forth across his quarters. A digi-stylus in one hand, and a datapad in the other, he meticulously took measure of his personal wares, taking detailed notes of anything he was in abundance of and what he lacked. Every piece of gear, from his clothing, armour, and weapons to the rations he had stored and personal hygiene effects, were laid out carefully upon his bed taking up almost half of the space. His thoughts raced across his mind to the point were he had began to feel overwhelmed by it all. Stopping everything, he extended his arm out, reaching out with the Force to pull a small remote. He lightly pressed a small red button which activated his personal sound system. He needed something to slow the tempo with, lest his thoughts consume him and render him a gibbering mess. His favorite soundbit began to play. As it played, the feelings invoked brought his mind at peace as he thought of his soldiers. He sighed with a smile, returning to his duties this time with a better sense of purpose.

So pretty much he's going over his packing list making sure he has everything and putting in an order to get something if he feels he needs it for the mission.
