Admin Notes

Hello all and welcome to the new year of 2023. I hope this year brings up exciting new changes and welcome growth within the House, the Clan, and everyone within themselves.

Of the first new changes within the year, I would like to announce the opening of the Aedile position after giving enough thought to what is desired and needed for the house. For the application, I will detail specifically things that are highlighted as expectations and general desires in activity to see the house expand further.

Specifically these items are what will be focused on:

• A Strong Desire and willingness to interact with the individual members regularly. This may involve doing routine gaming events or RP events that are not of the main House event(s).
• A solid vision and set of Ideas for growth within the House and even by expansion of the Clan.
• Compatibility with the current summit and members. Looking for someone to be both a support and foil to the summit to help compliment so that the house may grow.

Side items that will help with consideration are:

• Past examples of events ran by you, the applicant.
• Past examples of fiction and others that show experience in being a member.
• Going further past just brief explanations of your vision and ideas to list in detail things which are planned and fleshed out.
• Anything else that applies to the position that may not have been listed but can be sold as evidence one is fit for the role.

All applications should be emailed to [Log in to view e-mail addresses] . Additionally, you may be contacted via Discord by myself (uwuPrince#4909) for questions/interview, and your application may be shared with upper summit to get a further review in consideration. This will be open for 2 weeks.

Moving forward from the Aedile position there is additional news and other information related to what was previously discussed in the last report. As previously discussed, there is a running list of Wikipedia pages to be fixed/updated to reflect new information, fix the formatting, and other aspects requiring attention.

Link is the working Google Spreadsheet for Wikipedia page updates. As you can see there is already a working document. If others wish to assist someone in making edits, please do not hesitate to work together. How this process will go is that you pick a page you wish to update and then copy the coding from the wikipedia page into a Google Document so that it can be shared into the spreadsheet.

How do you do this?

Follow the guidance above and then paste it into that word document. What you will need to do is then start to make Suggestions over the text in the document so that the old text may be seen to compare it. Once you set this up in this way, have at the document.

You may ask what this does for you in helping fix wikipedia pages. What this does is actually help you to getting further awards such as Merits and Sacramentals. It can also help you in the running for the House Galeres Artifact which is awarded each quarter. Speaking of this, we shall move on to the leaderboard and quarter winning to see who gets the Artifact this time.

Excluding the summit rankings, Diyrian Grivna is the winner again for the next quarter with 6.5 total points. Glory to you and your blade. I will update the next report on what the standings are in the current quarter which will run from Jan 1st to April 1st [small edit to correct date]. Now we shall follow a better routine and structure with the new year. I look forward to seeing all the activity.

Speaking of awards/merits, the following people in Galeres have been blessed with receiving a merit:

1. Are you washing dishes, using dishwasher, or letting know about it to droid?
   

Jael: Why do the work when I can just pay a droid to do it? Yes, I pay my droids. They get fresh new upgrades after every so many loads completed.

1. Do you have a personal aquarium?
   Jael: Hmm. We could have a personal aquarium droid. Makes notes

2. Which fish will you buy to the personal aquarium?

Jael: Eels. For no reason.

1. Fried or Smoked Fish?
   

Jael: Fried fish with a little sauce on the side.

1. Any plans for natural reservoir for the Andoan Mineral - Fish?

1. Any motivation to make a small competition against House Qel-Droma?
   

Jael: Against? Maybe not. As long as there is no stealing of fish.

1. Any plans for the new structures, ships, or units in the House?
   

Jael: There are quite a few plans in the mindcell for fictional purposes on structures and ships. These may or may not be assets to the House directly. Plans to organize the Keadeans and Sardinians into smaller units for the House. This would be better as fictional grounds. There may be a few others planned but more brainstorming to arise.

Diy/Zuji asks:

1. So hypothetically, if we held up a traffic patrol stop outside Port Ol'val -- not in the tunnel -- are we encroaching on HQD's sector?
   

Jael: Fashion up maybe some hacked security feed so it just looks like non-Galeres are passing through… Or dress up as someone else.

1. Can we slide in notes of ' kick me' on their ships?

Jael: Betrayal at House on the Hill in terms of board games I think is the most interesting one I’ve played in a while.

Jael: Blue and it better have the flavor and taste like blue pills! As far as the Matrix, red-pill always to jack out of the system.

1. Do you have a favorite food?
   

Jael: Sushi, Steak, and Rum.

Jael: Plans are afoot and brain is a storming.

Jael: The first time I ate cereal with sliced bananas with my father would probably be one of the favorites.
