Hello House Hoth, welcome back to another Aedile report. It’s now spooky season, which means a vast quantity of Halloween and other holiday themed competitions will be flooding your feed shortly. Please remember that your time and well-being should take priority over any desire for internet points. This beginning-of-the-month report will highlight competitions and other current goings on, shout out returning members, and celebrate your activity from this past month. For more information on our fictional status, please visit Corinna's latest Quaestor report, located here.

Without further ado, let’s start by welcoming back our returning members, Raeken and Seraphol. Say hello if you see them around. We’re glad you’re here.

House Possessions Updates:

Several House Possessions have been updated. Most notable among these is House Hoth’s flagship, The Rohlan’s Vision, which has been fully decked out with upgrades. Go check it out! In a similar vein, please take a look at Tisto’s proposal if you have not already. Clan summit is looking to implement a systematized way of giving members a hand in developing clan possessions and are now looking for member feedback as to what that system looks like. The meaning and value of clan possessions is ultimately determined by your interactions with them, and you are thus encouraged to use them in your individual fictions, should you wish.

Competition Highlights:

Going Somewhere?: Ever felt trapped in space? Now you can experience it for real! This competition hosted by Eeno ends on October 22nd.

Holoanatomy art series: A spin-off of the ever-popular HoloFeet competition, spend two-week increments honing your art skills on individual body parts. Located in the long-running events tab.

Herald Halloween– A series of spooky art competitions run by our wonderful Odan-Artists over in the Herald’s office.

Probowl X: The tenth iteration of the Pro Bowl. This eventjust kicked off over the weekend is now under way for week one of three.

In addition, House Hoth has been represented very well in the present ACC tournament. We had four members participate, with two advancing into the quarterfinals, which are being fought as we speak. Corinna's quarterfinal round just wrapped up, and you can read Chikma's home-turf fight here. Cheer on Corinna and Remalia as they continue to battle for the championship belt.

Activity:

Overall, this has been a very exciting month for our house. In addition to our regular activity, we had a number of promotions and sacramental awards. Please join me in congratulating Corinna and Eeno on their promotions, and Edgar, Raeken, and Tallulah on their new sacramental awards.

Every competition entered and activity participated in helps us as a house, and it's great to see everyone participating where and when they can. Let's celebrate our activity from the past month as well.
