Introduction — The Great Jedi War and a New House Summit Takes Office

Welcome to The House Hoth Quaestor Report WAR EDITION! As we all know, the Great Jedi War is upon us, and Phase 1 will end at the site rollover on June 6, 2026. It’s time now to focus on getting your Phase 1 bins done.

Feel free to look at the Competition section for a quick list of easy-to-do competitions to get your bins done and earn the Clan much-needed War Points! It’s time for House Hoth to shine!

If you still want to get in on a team event, please DM Corinna, Len, Jack, Doon or me, and we can help you find a team.

As for in-house news: the first full fiction is below, and in the next few fictions we will establish the new summit and the completed Hoth return to Solyiat. Tentatively, we plan to release a major fiction update by the end of the summer, which will outline Hoth’s new storyline and announce when our first event will be.

Fiction

In the middle of the night on this remote tropical island, only a distant airspeeder finishing its landing cycle could be heard over chirping insects and howling wildlife. A decently-sized, well-built home stood mostly silent and faintly lit. A soft breeze blew through the windchimes; a figure approached on the path leading to this quiet residence.

Darkness hid the traveller’s face. They didn’t seem to be in a rush; they took their time and even stopped for a few minutes to stare out over the wonderful view of the ocean this property provided. In fact, that’s why the owner had specifically chosen this location after many months of searching.

The figure walked through the gate of the property. He glanced around the front yard before entering a code at the front door. As the middle-aged human entered the home and started to remove his outer clothing, an R3 series astromech droid chirped a greeting to his master.

DB and House Hoth News — GFW XVII Has Launched!

With the Great Jedi War beginning, there has been a flurry of posts from the Dark Council about it. Please make sure you read these over. They explain critical rules and things to know during the event.

Great Jedi War XVII is now live, and the entire competition list can be found HERE. See below for some potential easy-to-do comps in Phase 2. Actual comp details won’t be known till the competitions go live on June 13, 2026.
GJW XVII Fiction updates for the Prologue and Chapter 1 can be a go-to resource if you plan to do any of the fiction competitions.

Awards: Member of the Month - Eeno

What can I say about a member that has literally walked up to the Shadow Academy’s door and not only kicked it in, but torn through its shelves like a bull in a china shop. He completed 79 courses and earned a whopping 15 degrees, including his first sage degree. While doing all this, he got himself promoted from Novitiate all the way to Jedi Knight (7 Promotions) in a MONTH! What can I say about Eeno other than you most definitely deserve the title of Hoth’s Member of the Month for June 2026!!!! Congratulations!
