The Clan takes on new endeavors while facing multiple challenges throughout the Orian system. The Proconsul expands Clan efforts in the search for our former Overlord. Clan operations could be put to the test as they continue their investigations of the system.

Clan News
Its 2023 folks and we are starting the new year runnin & gunnin! Our illustrious Proconsul has put together a Discord RP for us which continues Clan operations. The goal is to tempt us all with different prompts and missions as we travel further down our fictional highway. This also benefits us all by being able to work alongside one another in small teams accomplishing mission parameters established by the organizer(s). A different tool to utilize and spark everyone’s literary prowess. Also, let us not forget that we now get shinies for participating in RP’s! Major kudos to Tasha for all the work she put in setting that up! Thank you!

We closed out 2022 on a very solid wave. We rolled out heavy from the GJW XV - Ascension and then turned our attention to Pro Bowl VI - Alliances. HMR took us for a ride with crazy Sith Spawn Ewoks attacking Castle Alabrek in their event It Came From Kar Alabrek! All in all we had a pretty busy year, however prior to closing the door on year 2022, we have a few accolades to celebrate!

This is really great to see and more so for me an honor to be a part of, thank you! The Clan closed out the year with a BANG! Congratulations Sadowans! Let us now kick off the new year just like we ended last year! There will be PLENTY of opportunities for us to add to our trophy cases and show off our abilities. Which is a good thing since the Club is transitioning into the new XP system. If you have not given it a read check it out here: XP Driven Promotions: Next Stage of Implementation I am eager to see how the new system sets us all up for success and even more excited to be able to track and see what exactly we need to further our career progression! Very cool changes coming our way folks!
To keep ourselves busy and prime ourselves to take advantage of the new system when it comes online, make sure you are checking the Competition Page Dive into those comps and start grinding closer to your goals! I have never claimed to be an extreme gamer or even a good gamer for that matter. Although I can always make myself available for gaming. I am more than happy to lose badly to boost your kill ratios!
The Proconsul and I have formulated a plan going forward with pretty cool premises to entice us with. There will be more in store for CNS, so keep your wits about you. Trouble will be on the rise and we will need all hands on deck to mitigate the threats against us!
With all that being said, Summit is extremely proud of everyone and their accomplishments!
Sadly though, I have to announce some bitter news to the Clan. Reaver Maisane Sadow, Quaestor of House Shar Dakhan, has announced that he will be stepping down. That being said, the Proconsul and I will be opening up quaestor applications for a rock solid candidate that is willing to help keep House Shar Dahkan running smoothly.
Malisane, it has been an absolute pleasure working with you and even more so being able to call you friend. I appreciate everything you have done for both the Clan and HSD. I know you will still be around which benefits all of us within the Clan! Thank you for everything Malisane!
For the time being, Adept Kojiro Keibatsu will helm HSD from the Aedile position until a applicant is selected for the open position. We look forward to seeing what new adventures will be in store for House Shar Dakhan!

HSD QUAESTOR POSITION IS OPEN
QUA Primary Duties Include:
Develop a House Storyline and run House events
Fictional World Building
Maintain day-to-day activity within the House
Aid in Summit daily tasks
Secondary Duties:
New member orientation within the House
Maintain House Wiki pages
Help run Clan Events
Temporarily filling in vacancies
This presents a great opportunity for someone looking to make a positive impact and lead from the front line. What we're looking for is an active member with positive energy, ambition, and the drive to propel the Clan and House to greater heights.
If you're interested in applying or have questions about it, please reach out to myself or the Proconsul either on email or Discord. All applications must be in pdf format, detail why you'd be a good fit, cover how you'll execute the above duties and outline your HSD plans should you be selected.

Final Thoughts
Well folks, we had a very solid 2022! I cannot thank you all enough for the support that you provide to the Clan. I look forward to a great 2023 with each and everyone of you. I am expecting great things from all of you throughout the year! It has been an amazing ride being with CNS for over two decades. It is even more of an honor to be able to help lead this Clan in our future endeavors. We have an AWESOME Summit so if any of you have any thoughts, questions, concerns or just would like to talk about ideas. Please do not hesitate to reach out to myself, the Proconsul or anyone of the Summit members and let's talk shop! We are here for you so I can not stress that enough! If I have overlooked anything please bring it to my attention so I can get it corrected!
