Gathering Darkness Final Round

As you know, the final round of Gathering Darkness has kicked off. Spoilers: Taldryan is fulfilling it's promised to the Gray Paladins, and we're headed off into Sith space to kick some ass and take some names. The final even, named The Price of Honour is now up and running. This is your chance to write the ending to this multi-month competition, and enter your stamp on Taldryan's Lore.

Also, remember you can still get in a few more ACC Matches, and PVP matches while the competition winds down in Cannons to the Left and Right.

New Wiki Tribune

In largely unsurprising news to anyone who pays attention to the Wiki, Pravus has recently announced that none other than Shad aka Aidan Kincaid aka Thrustworthy is the new Wiki Tribune.

Everyone in Tal knows just how deep Shad's knowledge of the wiki goes, as he's been our go to guy for years now. The DB is sure to benefit from his appointment. Grats bud.

Fading Light Finale

Keeping up with the announcements, Pravus also updated us on how the semi finals of the ACC Tournament in Fading Light went down. I can thankfully say that I got eliminated. Phew. Anyways, Halc also lost his match (but somehow not because he decided to take his fight to Mordor), so Halc will be facing off against me in the consolation round for third place.

That means of course that Shad, who I swear I just talked about, is Taldryan's champion in the final round of the ACC Tournament. I'm sure we'll all give him our most fervent support when the time comes, which we think will be soonish.

Rollmaster's Corner

This shall be my last Rollmaster’s Corner for the next couple of weeks. I am going to England (mostly London) and Belgium (Brussels) from Tuesday, September 23 and coming back Sunday, October 4. Therefore, I will be mostly out of contact for that time. I’m bringing my laptop and my phone (and I’m getting a fancy UK Sim card) – but don’t expect me to be doing all the things.

I would also like to welcome two members to Clan Taldryan! First, Apprentice Altec joined us as a new club member, and Irad Cauric transferred in – and they’re both members of Ektrosis now! When you get a chance, please say hello.

Finally (and this best part of my job), Kooks is off my list. I don’t have to deal with him anymore – and I couldn’t be prouder! Kooks was promoted to Dark Jedi Knight two days ago, and it was well earned and well deserved! Congratulations Kooks!

• Protector Omega Kira earned a Scroll of Foundation, a Pendant of Blood, and 3 Clusters of Fire. He also completed the Leadership Fundamentals, Philosophy I Philosophy II, Sith Core, and Obelisk Core Shadow Academy courses, netting Omega a promotion to Freshman.
• Protector Irad Cauric completed ACC Fundamentals
• Guardian Gorn daa'murk completed Graphics in the Brotherhood
• Dark Jedi Knight Kooks (yay!) was promoted to GMRG IV
