The Proxia Mustirion

Hyperspace

Mako and Lilly walked slowly through the corridors of the Proxia Mustition. No words were uttered. What could they say at a moment such as this? On the bridge Vincent had taken over piloting duties, his expertise in piloting a welcome relief for his grief stricken counterparts. All members of House Satele Shan had made it safely aboard the corvette at the initial rendezvous point. From here they were traveling to a second rendezvous point, then to a staging point to meet up with the rest of the clan. Unfortunately none of the Seherob had made it onto a transport in time. The majority had simply refused to leave their homes, the rest were unaware or too slow to make it aboard. As the two neared the mess hall, Lilly turned allowing Mako to speak to the other leaders alone.

Outside the mess hall Alethia stood with Lu’aisha and Aaleeshah, the three women looked upon their Quaestor as he approached them. A mixture of emotions plainly evident amongst them.

“They all in the mess?”

“Yes, what happens now?” the Aedile asked.

“We keep moving, we survive until we can find a place that is safe enough.”

“What is safe enough while that monster still lives?” Aaleeshah asked this time.

“A place unknown to Pravus and the Brotherhood, a place we will reach after it is certain they can not follow us.”

Gresee merely nodded at the Quaestors words; the loss of life they had witnessed that day weighed heavily upon her. Her eyes widened as Mako gently placed a hand upon her shoulder.

“We will need you and the Disciples now, more than ever. The rest of us are ill prepared to negotiate with any living in potential settling locations. You and your team are going to be the crutch that supports this House as we deal with the fallout of this tragedy,” his voice was soft, reassuring, and yet somehow the tone unsettled the women around him.

A scraping sound echoed in the corridor as Sa Ool and Lilly dragged an unconscious and shirtless man, upon the man's back the tattoo of an Inquisitor clearly visible. “You extracted everything you could from him, Seeker?” the Krath asked as he watched the Kel Dor’s face.

“I was able to gain what he knew,” the Sentinel replied as he handed the Inquisitors saber to the Quaestor.

Mako took the weapon and strode into the mess hall, the others following behind. An almost palpable, overwhelming sadness permeated the room. In a corner sitting by himself, the newly arrived Ongree trader, Cartel Dh’than, sat by himself. The Krath doubted he would ever get used to the exotic alien’s appearance. The other members of the Satele Shan sat in small groups or by themselves, the loss of New Tython still processing in their minds. Mako looked upon the state of his House, this will not do, he thought as he closed his eyes.

Drawing in a deep breath he called to the Force, drawing it around him, and into him. Talis, the Miraluka, turned his head toward the Krath. The Padawan had never witnessed his Quaestor’s emotions not perfectly in check, and the sight of the Seer to the Miraluka came as a shock. Stepping forward definitely, Mako loudly cleared his throat, breaking the silence. Junazee along with the others all looked now toward the Human.

“We witnessed a great tragedy today. There is simply nothing else to be said on it, nothing that would properly honor those left upon the surface. There was nothing we could have done to save them. What we do moving forward will not only define ourselves, but the legacy they have left in our care.”

Len Iode tilted his head as he gazed upon the Quaestor, his red eyes taking in everything.

“Will we let the actions taken against us stand? Will we lay down and wallow in our sadness and bruised pride?” The Krath’s fist slammed down upon a nearby table, the Force assisted strike causing the durasteel table top to crumple.

“We can still fight back,” the Pantoran, Turr Darvesh, spoke up.

“We will fight back,” Mako turned toward the Inquisitor prisoner, “Earlier we discovered an Inquisitor amongst us, tampering with the engines.” As if on cue, the Corvette dropped out of hyperspace early. Seraphol’s eyes widened as he sensed a shift inside the Krath.

“We will not bow down to your Darth, we will not fall victim to him,” Henymory half yelled, half spat in the Inquisitor’s face, as he grabbed the shirtless man by the shoulders.

“Lilly, the door if you would,” The Quaestor spoke to his companion as a blue glow began to show from his hands, the electricity burning the Brotherhood agent’s exposed skin. As the Krath continued to electrocute the man he half walked, half pushed the Inquisitor to the mess hall airlock. The interior door opened and Mako threw the intruder in. A thump sounded from the now closed airlock door and was quickly replaced by a rushing sound as the exterior door breached to jettison the Inquisitor into open space. Once the seal was restored the corvette jumped once again into hyperspace.

“We will not lay down and die for them. They will learn that the only compassion a Jedi shows on the battlefield is a quick death. Prepare yourselves, for they have brought a war upon us expecting an easy victory. Show them just how misguided that belief is.”

Greetings

What a month, seriously a lot has happened in the fictional realm and just in our wait for the ever approaching and soon(™) Feud. Today we will cover a variety of topics and I will divulge what information I can to you, which isn’t very much. A special thank you to the Herald and the Herald Staff for the report header and divider, you guys rock.

Fictional Direction of Satele

So our fictional direction will stay the same except Seher no longer exists,and as you read in the above report fictions the majority of Harakoans no longer exist either. For now we are wondering around trying to stay one step in front of Pravus’ clutches. Don’t expect this to last for too much longer though.

House Wiki

So our house wiki has been tentatively updated. This project is in no way done we have tons of information that still needs to be added to the page to flush it out, images need to be found for it as well. However this will have to do for now as other things have taken priority away from it. If you have volunteered please start filling in the document with the rest of the information. If you wish to volunteer please send me an email and I will get you added onto the doc.

Battle Teams

I would like to remind everyone that our Battle Teams have a 10 member max cap on them. This is to ensure that our Battle Teams are available for active members. If you are sitting on a Battle Team and are not an active member you are simply wrong. Battle Teams are not places to retire, you know who you are, they are for our strong and active members. If you wish to join a Battle Team please contact the Battle Team Leader, Arch, and myself. Remember being in a Battle Team is a privilege, not a right.

The Feud

So the Feud with Plagueis is fast approaching. It will be starting soon(™), for more information on this please go look at A’loras report.

I know we can win this, the only thing that will hold us back is ourselves. Go participate, do what you want to, and when you come to the point that you think to yourself whew all done I’m good now then dig deep and do one more of the event competitions. We will talk more about the feud in an e-mail I will be sending out in the near future(™).

This Month In Satele

So it has been a slow month. We really have been trying to not give out merit awards much this month. Why you ask, think you deserve one, you do? Well you are probably right if you have been active. The thing is I could give you that Dark Cross now, or you can put out for the feud and I can aim oh so much higher. So go and FEED MY AWARDING FIRE.

A Seat By The Quaestor

So here we are at the end of another report, I will try to keep this short this time. We will be looking into designing our new base of operations soon(™).
