You return home from [a mission, training, shopping, etc.] to find a datapad and a holoprojector laid out before you. The holoprojector appeared to be in a state of near death, seen by the many cracks along the frame and glass lens. On the other hand, the datapad is in pristine condition, a complete antithesis to the projector. You activate the datapad and the holoprojector slowly flickers to life. Revealed before you is a Sith Human Male. His pale face destroyed by scarring, his eyes burning as if his soul was lit aflame, faintly hiding a glance of suffering within. A smile, sickening like a plague, carved into his face staring deeply into space. His hulking frame dominates over you. With a quick twitch of his head, his voice cracking from his throat.

“Hello. I have yet to properly introduce myself. For that, I apologize. Let us rectify that, shall we? I am Xuner Holst. I am the new Aedile of House Shar Dakhan and Blackguard to the Overlord of Naga Sadow, Bentre Stahoes. I live to serve; to fight; to kill.” The final words were spoken by Xuner in a deep rumbling manner, emphasizing his favored role and purpose. His head jerked to the left, this time with more force as his neck uttered an audible crack.

“And now, you will too. More than before.” The holoprojector sputtered and short-circuited, dying out like an old source of light.

Hello There! (Much better.)

I am Xuner Holst, I’ve been a member of this club, and clan (#CNS) for just over a year, maybe a year and a half. I’ve recently been promoted to AEDILE of House Shar Dakhan and thought it to be appropriate to give an introductory report.

I am honoured to have been chosen for the position. To reiterate what I stated in CNS chat quote, “I will strive to set the example and to inspire those below to rise up.” I have spoken to both of my superiors, the always great man Takagari, a.k.a Darkhawk, and the Overlord himself, Bentre, about my duties and expectations. I understand that this will, considering my current situations (#IRLSucks), be challenging. But to quote Jocko Willink “Life is a gift, but not free. Don’t waste it.”

With that being said, I willingly took this position and opportunity upon myself as a test, so I am interested in seeing how this all plays out.

I must, give a humble “Thank you.” to my predecessor, Sang for his service to both House and Clan. I wish for others to do the same for to say he has done a lot for this Clan is an understatement. I have some pretty big shoes to fill due to this great man. I hope that my actions bring reason to my being placed as Aedile.

With that out of the way, let’s move on to more pressing concerns.

Plan of Attack:

Moving Forward: As stated in the QUA’s report (Link above for those that missed it), I have been chosen due to my outlook and vision for both my Clan and House. But none of that matters if there is no drive to see it accomplished. I don’t expect the clan to accept all of my ideas, but I nonetheless attempt to pass idea to them in hopes of sparking something that they can agree on. But I hope my ideas can help revitalize the hype of return Clan Naga Sadow to its former glory.
Wiki: The clan has honoured my request by allowing me to handle updating the wiki pages. I will get on that effective this weekend, if not immediately. It’s my personal preference to have everything up to date to avoid any mistakes. The Overlord himself has agreed, hence my task. This will be a large task and one that will take some time for me to handle alone. To that end, I call upon my family in CNS. Please reach out to me if you are interested in helping with updating the wiki pages. It will be faster and will look great for those trying to work their way up in rank.
Storyline: Without revealing too much about this one, what I can say is that change is coming. The house will undergo a change of pace to bring some vitality back to the House. Lines will be crossed, bridges both built and destroyed. House Shar Dakhan will move towards the direction stated by the Rollmaster herself, the restoration of the Sith Empire of yore. A paraphrased statement, I know, but one that drives the point home. To that end, Calenhad is working on both a solution to the dastardly Three Shades of Black gang and something to help further this plan. I can not wait to see what that man, or alien if we are being IC about this, has in store for us and for TSoB.

Communication:

Communication between groups and individuals is important, with that being said, I wish to urgently express my commitment to always being there to hear people out. No matter what, there is always going to be people with concerns about anything. Please, if you any have any you are free to come to me and talk.

I have enjoyed my time in the Club, the Clan, and the House. I’m ready to do my part and I hope there are others who are willing are help me realize my ideas, or make them more manageable in case they get too wild.
