Sang tapped at the holoterminal in front of him impatiently. He took a deep breath and centered himself as the blue image of Maelous, sitting in full armor, appeared before him. He watched a moment as the Sith seemed to be focused on something.

"Maelous," Sang said calmly "I've been trying to reach you several standard hours now."

"That is irrelevant," Maelous replied disinterestedly, "What do you want?"

"We need you to rendezvous with us at Dentavii. We will need your assistance."

Maelous chuckled but said nothing. The Jedi paused and narrowed his eyes as he watched the image of Maelous lean back, his arms out in front of him as if pulling on something, "Where are you?" Sang asked as his mind started to piece it together.

"The prophecy foretold of this event," the Aedile said his voice like crumbling bone, "While you squabble over finite power, I will be doing something truly great."

Sang nodded and stood, terminating the communication without a word. He turned and exited the comms room. The Quaestor had tolerated much from the Sith since coming to the clan. This time Maelous had pushed too far.

Clan News

So, Awakenings is almost one week in and the RO has been taken up extensively by you guys. It’s amazing to see just how much CNS loves ROs and be part of one. I’m really enjoying it and I’ve done a lot of ROs in my time. I must say, Atra and I seem to have an Obi-Wan and Anakin back and forth going, which works well.

Week Two starts tomorrow, where we’ll get three events and then another three events in Week Three.

Cethgus is also due back from sea next week, so expect him to whip me to do some more work.

Seeing as I’m without a woman in my life at the moment, the better question is not whether I prefer either, but if either prefer me. Obviously, the answer is neither do. :P

Sang’s Corner

Another month, another bunch of strange, strange questions. I’m really enjoying Awakenings at the moment, as I mentioned earlier and it’s good to see so many of you doing stuff. Especially our veteran members. After Awakenings, we’re looking at continuing our House storyline which will include a series of events and competitions. This storyline will tie into Shar Dakhan’s and Naga Sadow’s in the same way that the Marvel Universe works. Maelous and I have been chatting about this and we’ve got some ideas that we hope you’ll like. Those include you guys contributing to the storyline with your character’s POV.

With Awakenings continuing over the next two weeks, there will be plenty of stuff for you guys to do. Keep on representing Marka Ragnos!

Maelous’ scheming has gone too far!!!

By now you are all aware of Awakenings and I am sure Sang has made it very clear that you should compete in all the things. I agree you should! Every competition! Do as much as you can. I'm very excited for this event and I hope you all are with me, but I guess we'll see if we align.

Second thing: Armad was promoted to the Equites he has moved into the realm of personal accountability. It's a rough road but good to see you've made it. I expect great things from you.

Third thing: We have some wiki stuff that will be rolling out soon, thanks to some very busy people. I can't wait to unveil what they have done to help make the House a little more robust.

Fourth Thing: Questions! Send me Questions. You don't even have to be from HMR, just send me whatever questions and I'll answer to the best of my ability. I could be about what's happening with the Clan or HMR, I could be in character asking for help, it could be asking why the Sith Pureblood race is gone. Doesn't matter just ask.
