Hello, all you lovely people! It is time once again for a Shadow Gate report. I know it is the highlight of your month. For this report, I have some exciting updates regarding the GJW, an update on the Shadow Gate/Voidbreaker event and a few other topics of interest.

Don’t forget, International Talk Like a Pirate Day is September 19th! I will keelhaul any scurvy dog who doesn’t make with the pirate talk!

News

The GJW

According to this update from our illustrious GM, the official start date for the GJW will be on October 13 and will extend through November 19th. The first pre-war fiction, Order is already out. Check it out, it’s a great read!

War Games!

Thanks to all the Gate Keepers who participated! In particular, congratulations to Luka Zarkot for taking second in the Word Play competition!

Now that the War Games mini-event has closed, Leeadra Halcyon and I are working on getting the comps graded. As of right now, both teams are tied with a score of 8 points each! Which battleteam will take home the gold? We shall soon see.

Help Wanted

There’s work to be done within the DB, ladies and gentlemen. A whole slew of jobs have opened up for your perusal.

As I have mentioned in previous reports, Zujenia has been working hard to create a social media presence for House Qel-Droma. As of right now, we have presence on Twitter, Facebook, and Youtube. Go take a look, like, follow, share and all that jazz. If you have an idea for content for any of these platforms, don’t hesitate to contact Zuji. You can either pm her, or send her an email (with the subject 'Content for [insert Platform] pg'). You can also contact her if you want to volunteer to help manage any of the platforms.
